TASTING NOTE

Deep purple color. In the nose, intense aromas of red and black fruits such as cherries and blueberries. In the mouth, it shows a good structure with tannins in the right measure and pleasant acidity that gives it its juiciness. Persistent. Very good choice with a fillet stroganoff, a rich ratatouille or baked empanadas

Description

Chak means "together, with one another" in the language of the Mapuche Indians, the indigenous people of Chile. And this is precisely the guiding principle of winemaker Daniel Wiederkehr: to combine European elegance and Chilean power and spice in an exceptional wine. The magnificent, over 80-year-old Malbec vines, the ideal climate and the mineral-rich soils offer me the best possible conditions for this.
