TASTING NOTE
"These 55 year old vines produce an elegant/
fascinating wine. The nose promises power
and hints of fresh herbs, citrus fruits, apricots
and a touch of honey. These aromas find
themselves again on the palate.
We enjoy it especially with fish and poultry,
6 bottles/box as aperitif or simply solo".
Description
The grapes for our PATAGUA SELECCIÓN come from the vineyard of the same name in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The ungrafted vines are over 50 years old and benefit from an optimal climate and mineral-rich soil. The Sémillon vines are interspersed with Sauvignon Blanc vines, known as "mixed set". Today, this traditional planting is rarely found - preserving it is our contribution to preserving a wonderful tradition. Daniel Wiederkehr
