CHAK is my inspiration and highest goal: to bring together in harmony the Bordeaux-type elegance and the Chilean natural power.\n2021 was a typical year for Chile: hot days and comfortable nights, delightfully cooled by the fresh evening breeze from the nearby Pacific Ocean; resulting in the perfect ripening of our healthy grapes.\nNative in Chile, our Carm\u00e9n\u00e8re grapes come from a vineyard in the neighbouring community of Placilla, the very heart of the Colchagua Valley. The self-rooted, over 20-year old vines, blessed by a perfect climate and ideal terroir, unfold here the full range of fragrancies.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pronounced aromas of red and blue berries, subtle notes of fresh herbs and sweet tobacco.
